When will the hub officially open to the public?

The hub will be officially open to the public in April 2025.

Where is the hub located?

The Ilorin Innovation Hub is located beside Kwara Hotel, Ahmadu Bello Way, GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.

What are the hub’s opening hours?

The hub operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Who owns or manages the Ilorin Innovation Hub?

The hub is owned by the Kwara State Government in collaboration with IHS Towers as an operational partner.

The Ilorin Innovation Hub is the largest innovation hub building in West Africa and focuses on democratizing innovation beyond major cities like Lagos and Abuja.

  • FoundersMatch – A networking event for startup founders and professionals.
  • Hackathons & Innovation Challenges – Competitive events to solve real-world problems.
  • Training & Masterclasses – Workshops on tech, business, and digital skills.
  • Startup Incubation & Mentorship – Support programs to help businesses grow.
  • Ilorin Tech Skills Program (Virtual) – An online learning initiative via ilorintech.iih.ng focused on developing digital and technical skills.

How can I become a member of the hub?

Membership applications will be available on our website soon. Membership is on an approval basis due to limited space. Paying for a subscription does not guarantee acceptance. If an application is not approved, the membership fee will be fully refunded the next business day.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, there will be different membership plans with varying levels of access. Details on pricing will be announced soon.

Can non-members use the facilities?

Certain facilities, such as event spaces and meeting rooms, will be available for non-members on a rental basis. However, some areas and services will be exclusive to approved members.

Do you offer day passes or short-term access?

Yes, we will provide flexible access options, including day passes for individuals who need short-term workspace access.
